2. Personal data

The data collected during your visit on this or one of the representative websites of TEMPONAUT, like for example www.zeitraffer.biz is anonymous and is used for statistical purposes only. When you visit TEMPONAUT, we do not collect any personal data about you (e.g. your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with this information (e.g. by registering or contacting us), you provide your consent, or if we are obliged to do so by law.

3. Purpose of use

We only store your personal data if you provide your explicit consent beforehand, e.g. when establishing contact or obtaining information. 4. Standard periods for the erasure of data

The data will be erased or blocked from access after lapse or fulfillment of the purpose for which they were collected. If blocked, the data will be erased as soon as no duties of archiving under any statutes, contracts or the Company's articles of incorporation oppose such erasure, and/or there is no reason to assume any longer that such erasure would impair any interest worth being protected of the person concerned and such erasure does not cause unreasonable costs because of the particular mode of storage of the data.

5. Which information may be gathered?

Logfiles: Our website stores the following information, so-called logfiles, for technical reasons standardly:

• IP-address of the accessing computer
• Website from which you visit our website (referrer)
• Websites which you visit from our website
• Date and duration of your visit
• Browser type and browser settings
• Operating system

That information will be stored for a maximum of 7 days as a technical precaution to protect data processing systems against unauthorized access.

User registration is only performed with your express permission in order to provide you with, for example, the information you request, product information, news or press material.

E-mail addresses are only stored with your express permission and are only used to make contact with you. Under no circumstances will we provide your e-mail address to third parties. If you register for services provided by third parties like for paying purposes, it may be necessary to transmit some of your registration information to the service provider. This is performed within the context of the requested service and only with your consent.

6. Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are text files which allow us to arrange your visit at our website comfortable. This includes, for example, preferences for the illustration of our website and the possibility of single sign-on, so you have to register on our website just once even if you want to use offers of ours product partners. 7. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case IP-anonymization is activated on this website, your IP-address will be truncated within the area of Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases the whole IP-address will be first transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP-anonymization is active on this website. 8. Embedded Videos YouTube / Vimeo

On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. The corresponding plug-ins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, it will connect to Youtube's servers. Youtube will be informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. This can be prevented by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand. If a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior. Anyone who has disabled the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos. Embedded Vimeo videos


For integration and presentation of video content, our website uses plugins from Vimeo. Provider of the video portal is the Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.
When you visit a page with integrated Vimeo plugin, a connection to the servers of Vimeo is established. Vimeo gathers informations, which of our pages you visited. Vimeo will be informed about your IP address, even if you are not logged in to the video portal or do not have an account there. The information collected by Vimeo is transmitted to servers of the video portal in the USA.
Vimeo can assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. By logging out beforehand you have the option to prevent this.

9. Newsletter

TEMPONAUT offers you a newsletter in which users, customers and business partners are informed about current happenings and offers. If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter, you must enter a valid e-mail address. For legal reasons, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to a e-mail address entered by a user for the first time for the newsletter dispatch in a double-opt-in procedure. This confirmation email is used to check whether the owner of the e-mail address has authorized the receipt of the newsletter. When registering for the Newsletter, we also store the IP address assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), the computer system used and the date and time of registration. Subscription to our newsletter may be terminated at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data that the data subject has given us for the newsletter dispatch can be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revoking the consent, there is a corresponding link in each newsletter.

10. Contact

If you contact TEMPONAUT through the contact options offered by telephone, e-mail or via our contact form, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and answer your request. Without your consent, this data will not be disclosed to third parties.

By using our contact form, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who the request came from and to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is (in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p.1 lit. a DSGVO) based on your voluntarily granted consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted after completion of the request made by you and clarification of the facts concerned, unless the processing of data to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures is required (Art. 6 (1) lit. .b DSGVO).

11. Registration

On our website, we offer you the opportunity to register by providing personal information. The data is entered into an input mask and transmitted to us and stored. The registration serves the fulfillment of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures (and is thus based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GMO).

For the conclusion and completion of contracts, depending on the individual case, we need your contact details such as name, delivery and billing address and e-mail address, as well as details of the type of payment method you have selected. In addition, we use your data to maintain our customer database so that only relevant data is stored there. In order to avoid typing errors and to ensure that your ordered items arrive at your place, we check the completeness and correctness of your address.

12. Other personal data

We use and store your personal data and technical information as necessary to prevent or prosecute misuse or other unlawful conduct on our website, e.g. to maintain data security (based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c and f DS-GVO). This is also done, as far as we are legally obliged to do so, for instance due to official or court orders, and for the exercise of our rights and claims as well as for legal defense.

13. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

For the operation as well as for the optimization of our web page as well as our services and for the contract handling various service companies are working for us, e.g. for the payment.

When passing on your personal data, we always ensure the highest possible level of security. Therefore, your data will only be passed on to previously carefully selected and contracted service providers. In addition, your data will be forwarded by us only to those who are obliged to maintain a corresponding level of protection.

In contrast to order processing, we transfer data to third parties for payment of goods to the payment service provider specified in the order for the sole use of the contract. When making payment, we do not collect and store payment information such as credit card numbers or bank details. You only provide these directly to the respective payment service provider.

14. PayPal

TEMPONAUT has integrated PayPal components on this website. PayPal is an online payment service provider. Payments are made through so-called PayPal accounts, which are virtual private or business accounts. In addition, PayPal has the ability to process virtual payments through credit cards if a user does not have a PayPal account. A PayPal account is managed via an email address, which is why there is no classic account number. PayPal makes it possible to initiate online payments to third parties or to receive payments. During the ordering process with the option of payment "PayPal", data is automatically transmitted to PayPal. The personal data transmitted to PayPal are usually the first name, last name, address, email address, IP address or other data required for payment processing. For the execution of the purchase contract, also such personal data are necessary, which are in connection with the respective order. The purpose of the transmission of the data is payment processing and fraud prevention. A revocation has no effect on personal data which must be processed, used or transmitted for (contractual) payment processing.

Of course, you have rights in relation to the collection of your data. The easiest and quickest way to exercise your rectification and deletion rights is by logging into your customer account and directly editing or deleting your data there. Please note that after the deletion of your data, the long-term discounts for multiple customers are no longer available. Data that we have to save due to statutory or contractual retention requirements will be blocked instead of being deleted in order to prevent use for other purposes.
